Mmmmm, Hyperpower.

How cool a word is that? Hyperpower. Now if we could only add the word dynamic, as in “dynamic hyperpower” or hyperdynamopower, then we’d really have something. For, as we all know, the word dynamic just makes things sound cool.

I have to say, aside from being annoyed with the Catholic Church I am absolutely ashamed to be part German. What ever happened to Blitzkreig? To killing Belgians willy-nilly because some small Belgian child accidentally crossed in front of a division of troops on their way to the Channel? How the mighty have fallen. Can everyone comprehend the oddity of a Franco-German common citizenship? France and Germany becoming essentially one nation? Talk about the world turned upside down! We can hope, and pray, that this is all just a devious plan on the part of the Reich to conquer France once and for all under the auspices of diplomacy but I think it is not. Oh, poor Father Deutschland – I fear they were right about you. You don’t deserve the power and people you have.

But more importantly is my thought last night about “Why they Hate Us.”TM Of course, the stock answer is our power and wealth and our nigh soulless culture. Fine, fine. That is as it may be. I think they hate us because we don’t use that power and wealth well. What’s the point of sending hundreds of billions of dollars in foreign aid to nations ruled by theives and barbarians? Gee, big surprise – food aid being sent to North Korea isn’t getting to the people, instead it’s going to feed the army. Well, slap ma jaws! As if we didn’t see that one coming. Billions and billions of dollars have gone to the thugocracies of Africa, Central America, Asia, etc and what have we earned in return? The enmity of people who continue to live in fear and squalor while their “leaders” build lavish new residences with the American taxpayer’s money. Meanwhile, the lefties here at home rail against American involvement in world affairs, annoyed that we abuse or misuse our overwehelming hyperdynamopower to support the bubbleheads around the world who enslave their own people.

So, what’s the answer? I say we reinvest that foreign aid – at least the dough that goes to kleptocracies the world over – and put it towards building our own, unilateral peace force. Then we simply invade all the nations that haven’t earned the right to exist under their present form of government and ensure that power goes to the people. Pax Americana, remember? It looks like – and I daily pray it happens – we’re going to do it in Iraq but why stop there? Invade North Korea, conquer Africa, liberate East Asia. Under the banner of liberty, march throughout the world bringing freedom to the masses. If done well, we could change the world for the fourth time in our national existence.

Mmmmm, hyperdynamopower punch!

And they all fall down.
