Sleep? No sleep.

Damn, I’m weary. Been having nightmares the past two night so sleeping is basically snooze for a couple of hours, sit up with the lights on for an hour or so, snooze for a couple of hours, repeat. I’m just about sick and tired of the whole thing. So, I went to do a little internet research and found out one of the causes of nightmares is alcohol abuse or the withdrawl from same. Bingo! Now the question is, how long does the withdrawl take or should I just go on a bender tonight and start the cycle all over again?

Next time, remind me not to give up drinking for even a day. It isn’t worth watching your grandfather demand to talk to James Monroe – who is actually on the telephone in the other room – immediately before he hurls himself down the basement stairs and comments, “That’s just what I needed, sir” prior to expiring.

Sure, just try and get back to sleep after that.
